MHOLline is a biological workflow that combines a specific set of programs for automated protein structure prediction and function annotation. It extracts structural information about protein sequences even in large-scale genome annotation projects.

MHOLline was developed by the collaboration between the "Grupo de Modelagem Molecular de Sistemas Biológicos" (GMMSB) from LNCC/MCT and the "Laboratório de Física Biológica" (FISBIO) from IBCCF-UFRJ/ME
